What’s on-topic?

  • Focus is always unique. Topics vary from finding and growing our professional footing in and at work, to education about a HEALTHY (not hefty) ego, Staying in a state of flow in three primary facets of our lives, and living and working with more EASE.

What does a typical workshop look like?

  • Some are All-(or some)-hands meetings or workshops based on Neon Cardigan content

  • Others might be 5 hours of breakout meetings (the focus of which + players to be determined ahead of time with organizers)

  • Flexible structure for any size team

IRL or Remote facilitation?

  • Well, in the season we find ourselves in currently, they’re all remote.

    • Previously, if it served the company well, I traveled to clients - and I will again when travel is safer. (Travel + accommodations outside of Atlanta paid by client.)

    • For Atlanta-based companies I host off-site programming at my private office in the Inman Park Neighborhood in Atlanta, GA too. Our workshop room, The Sunroom, that holds groups of up to 20 in various configurations.

What tangible materials are included?

  • So many program-specific, co-branded materials!

    • Day-Of Workbook created with your event goals in mind is standard.

      • In preparation of our time together, I create a ~12 page book for our group workshop. Everyone gets one — complete with non-lame ice breakers and expansion + goal-setting exercises.

  • Fun, conscious swag from me and my brands is always included.

  • Landing page + Online questionnaire (not applicable for all meeting types) built for your team to utilize before the event. These get people excited and help me learn everyone’s individual slant on expectations.
