Meet Sarah Price | Consciousness Coach
I got trolled last weekend by someone who was decidedly NOT in support of a political move I made this year. I launched mostlykamala.com - and linked it to my professional work… A questionable move - but I really tuned-in to whether it would be smart to connect those two parts of me - and went for it. Anyway, I got trolled by a guy who was questioning what I do and “LOL”ing at me, this work, all of it.
At first I freaked. OMG I knew better - why would I connect these two parts of me???
Then I tapped into what was really happening and released it. I moved on swiftly - probably half as quickly as he did🤣. Still, fast - and then I got an email that this article was live. This interview about me and this work - and I thought - oh, that’s cool. That’s better. Focus on THAT!✨
Here’s an excerpt:
Hi Sarah, what is the most important factor behind your success?
In a word: authenticity. I’m in the business of helping people become more and more authentic versions of themselves. In order to do that I have to make sure my messaging – the brand in its entirety, and everything I push out feels aligned and honest. Authenticity is also how I’ve built my business into the successful coaching practice it is today. My first real turmoil in starting and advertising this work was with the entire industry – “coach”? “Coaching?” Ugh – I hated every bit of it. But there wasn’t anything else to call myself. As my practice grew I’d see local clients out in the world and they’d say “Hey that’s my life coach!” so I had to start getting used to it – but that really set the tone for ME needing to ensure that everything I said and did to share and promote my work was aligned, authentic, and true.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Neon Cardigan is a conscious coaching practice. I support my clients in areas of personal and professional wellness. I work with teams to help them uncover and support a genuinely healthy workplace culture. I define culture as “what it feels like to be at work” – meaning leadership can buy and build all the programs in the world but if the people aren’t empowered to show up and shine authentically, none of that matters. My background in marketing and business building mean I can help solopreneurs and teams alike in growing any new business. From branding and marketing to how to be a good leader and leading with your strengths, I coach people every day on how to be better and better and better grown-ass adults. Part grounded and practical, part intangible and energetic, this work brings spirit and body together to make sure whatever you’re doing here on earth is intentional and aligned with your strengths, ease, and truth.
