Grab your best (Neon) Cardigan! It’s sweater weather, at least it is here in The Southeast region of the US.

With it comes some really fun energy actually because even though 2020 has been one unexpected truth after another, it’s teaching us and we’re growing. We’re, maybe of us, more connected to nature than ever before, and we’re learning about ourselves.

Whatever your autumnal traditions, this fourth quarter of the year calls for reflection and rest. It calls for planning and action items too. The briskness in the air nips like a playful puppy - amirite? It’s like cute and cuddly; warmer clothes, hot drinks, spices, and blanket season - some of my FAVORITE things!

A Sweata Weatha Prompt:

I’d like to invite you to make a couple of lists for yourself in these cozy months:

  1. Make a list of limiting beliefs that pop up for you regularly. What are they? When do they rear their ugly head? Any idea where they come from?

  2. Make a second list of your life-long patterns. These are big themes in your life. They’re lessons, they’re habitual ideas you repeat, for better or worse. What are they? How often do they cycle? Which ones (1-2 of them) are the MOST pervasive in your life? Do they help you or hurt?

With the awareness of these two lists, feel into what there is to learn from them. Have you ever looked at these themes? Have you ever aimed to use all that information for good? Do you want to keep repeating some of these things and stop others? This is the beginning of a BOATLOAD of intentional work for you. Buckle up - and spend some time thinking about these lists during the season… And enjoy! This unlocking will be transformative.

I know I talk about limiting beliefs and pattern work a lot. I really believe it’s the key to a ton of self awareness and growth. If you haven’t tried it, know that this is for you. Right now. Unlock more for yourself… I dare you.
