What’s Your Company Culture?

“Business intuitive” & “intuitive business consultant” are NOW 100% PHRASES people Google (verb), y’all!

It seemed so obvious to me two years ago, starting this professionally focused coaching practice. I’ve always aimed my professional powers at helping folks find more authenticity at work, more meaningful work, more purposeful work. I knew this would be a totally normal way to talk about work. And — spoiler alert, in case your organization is a bit behind — IT FINALLY IS.

Being an Intuitive Business Consultant means I have meetings with leadership at legit giant companies to talk about how MY WORKPLACE PRINCIPLES can move the needle for them. Cool, right? It also means sitting down with individuals, 1 on 1 to plan and plot. Whether they’re totally together or a total mess, matters not. Showing up to ask the Qs and do the damn thing is what makes all the difference as [you] get conscious about your career or company choices.

Workplace Wellness isn’t just a buzzword!

Workplace Wellness isn’t just a buzzword… It’s a fundamental right in the age of “black lives matter”, “me too”, and “times up”. It’s not about those movements but it is entirely complementary to a diverse workforce that is standing up to demand R-E-S-P-E-C-T. It’s adjacent to a society starved for some REAL realness when we’re at work for half (or more) of our awake hours. Otherwise HOW can we pour out so much of ourselves? We cannot - if we don’t believe in SOME part of what we’re doing.

This new way of working is more and more natural for a generation of young professionals who didn’t have to “pay their dues” to show up and be celebrated for simply - WHAT THEY’RE GOOD AT. If you find that troublesome, it’s time to evolve. And no, I’m not celebrating lazy any-en-nials. I’m consciously agreeing that a professional body working in alignment with their natural superpowers is a good thing. (And dues are dated.)

Don’t worry. It’s also safe. It’s still a world where merit matters even if you’re of the old guard that doesn’t know how to lean in to all this hullabaloo about intuition, alignment, and authenticity. It’s safe. You’re safe. We got you!

At any rate, you must get used to it. *Clued-in to all this* is the only way to show up with your ego in check. And if you don’t, we’ll know it.

This is where we all figure it out - and thrive!

With all that in mind, I’ll ask again… What’s your company culture? Well, what does it feel like when you’re at work? What kinds of things are you celebrating as a team? If survival is among them, we’ve got some real work to do!

Are you ready to go there to ensure the answer to this question is solid, is good, is celebrated?

That’s what I’m here for!

And in case you are curious, the culture at my company, for my company-of-one, is excellent. I demand it of myself - every day.
