Why Coaching and Branding?

The sole reason I switched gears in my career from running a marketing and brand identity agency to Neon Cardigan and human empowerment work was to see more ease and joy and TRUE connection in the professional lives of the people around me. But, I will always see the world through brand-colored glasses. My coaching work is often with people who are building something new - and my branding programs exists to help those people make their ideas physically real.

Sarah + Olivia, we’re a whole team. Since 2016 we’ve been combining our magic to create thoughtful, visually stunning brands and marketing collateral for companies of all sizes. Our brands are separate but together as we artfully align our superpowers for this program.

I’m sensitive to all economic impacts and understand how much it matters where we put our money. MIF is incredibly value priced because we love quick projects that enable us to work in our “superpowers”. Being able to build 2 or 3 brands a month makes it worth it for us to offer you an economical mechanism to bring your whole everything to life, online!

How it Works:

1) Fill out the application and Sarah will reach out to schedule a free, two-way vetting call to ensure your project fits our program. Once you’re scheduled, you’ll receive some pre-game homework.

2) With homework completed, you’ll join Sarah for a 1:1 coaching session to document your unique project goals and review that pre-game homework.

3) We come together for 2 all-hands, 2 hour (all remote) workshops to design your brand and build your website.

4) In four days we will tie up all loose ends and launch your Squarespace website or empower you to do so when you’re ready.

5) All program clients get free access to a month of the Button-Up Coaching Membership + a month of website tweaks, Q&A, and Squarespace support from Sarah and Oliva.
